Enrollment Deposit and Payments

1. Deposit and Payment: Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Payments are accepted via credit card or international bank transfer in USD or EUR.
2. Early Bird Discount: Full payment must be received by the specified date to qualify for the Early Bird discount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees: The deposit and training fees are strictly non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable.
2. Course Rescheduling: If cancellation is necessary, course fees (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to a future course within two years. Rescheduling must be requested at least one month before the original course start date.
3. No Refunds: No refunds are given if you begin the training and withdraw for reasons other than the death of an immediate family member.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

1. Mandatory Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover all relevant activities, trip cancellations, and medical emergencies. Purchase insurance within 7 days of making your reservation.

Unplanned Changes or Cancellations

1. Course Adjustments: We reserve the right to change the course venue or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will refund 100% of the fee paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, or offer an alternate placement.
2. No Cash Refunds: Payments can be transferred to a future live or online training within two years.

Health and Fitness

1. Self-Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being during the training. The program is not suitable for individuals with severe physical or psychological conditions.

Conduct and Behavior

1. Drugs and Alcohol: Consumption of drugs and excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited during the training program.

Liability Waiver and Release

1. Waiver of Liability: Participants release Learn Yoga Nidra from any liability, claims, and causes of action related to their involvement in the retreat.
2. Assumption of Risk: Participants understand and accept the inherent risks involved in yoga and retreat activities.

Personal Property

1. Responsibility for Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal property. Learn Yoga Nidra is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photographic Release

1. Permission to Use Images: Participants grant Learn Yoga Nidra the right to use photographs and recordings for marketing and other legitimate purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such media must notify us in advance.

Governing Law

1. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by French law. If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
